Join Fr. Corey Litzner and Dcn. Steve and Jackie Gretzinger on a pilgrimage to Poland honoring the life and legacy of St. John Paul II, from Oct. 14-23, 2025.
The pilgrimage itinerary will bring travelers to many places important to the life of St. Pope John Paul II, including Krakow, where Fr. Karol Wojtyla began his life as a priest and offered his first Mass. In Zakopane, travelers will explore the Tatra Mountains, where St. John Paul II spent time as a hiker, skier, and priest with youth trips. The pilgrimage will take attendees to Częstochowa’s Jasna Góra Monastery and the Chapel of the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna, as well as the former concentration camp of Auschwitz, the site of martyrdom for St. Maximilian Kolbe.Yooper Catholic young adults (20s-30s) are invited to join Father Ryan Ford on pilgrimage to Green Bay for the 12th annual Walk to Mary from May 2-4, 2025. This 22-mile walk begins at Old St. Joseph church on the campus of St. Norbert college and ends at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, the only church-approved Marian apparition in the United States.
Registration is due by April 25, 2025. Cost is $20, which includes dinner and sleeping at the Green Bay parish hall Friday, lodging and water park at the Tundra Lodge Saturday.
Participants must also register for the Walk to Mary itself on their website here and pay the $25 registration fee, which includes lunch.
A Walk with Jesus conference retreat will be held at the Companions of Christ the Lamb Retreat Center in Paradise, from May 15-18, 2025. The retreat begins at 5 p.m. on May 15.
Another similar retreat will be held later in the year from Sept. 18-21, 2025.
